I like the scheduling feature so I can set up messages the night before or even well in advance; that way I can be on vacation and still send those reminders! Well priced and easy to use service. Support system is fantastic. I recommend it for start ups and small businesses on a budget. The system is easy to use and keeps us in compliance with state and federal laws. Would recommend it to anyone. The website is easy to navigate and instructions are clear. If I have a question or a special need I have received great help on the phone. Text180 is a great tool for my small business as people may not read emails or my social media, but they'll always see my text! I would highly recommend this texting service for your business. I love the scheduling feature and option to add images and links to the texts. Scheduling saves me a lot of time and I don't forget to send the texts when I am busy. I've used Text180 for 2 years now and love it! Cons Having just a few more available spaces would be great as I need to be quite creative to get all the info in along with the Zoom code (even a shortened code). But so far I've made it work. Cannot do much about emojis and limited text volume. The pricing is a little high. There may be cheaper options out there. I preferred the 5 digit code to add numbers, but the 1-800 option is working fine. Nothing! I haven't had one negative experience in the past two years.
