Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Morgan assisted me very well, no glitches….KUDOS At first I couldn’t understand but he was patient enough to take me step by step which is very unlikely these days, so once again…..KUDOS to Morgan I would definitely recommend your platform to my fellow creative industry colleagues because the service is awesome I’ve actually used your platform from my club promoting days all the way to my festival days and I still haven’t faced any problems User friendly, affordable, good support from help desk and immediate feedback on emails. Also quick loading of credits if in desperate need. Thank you to the team. Very fast and satisfactory solutions to a few queries i had when setting up. System is flawless and fast. Whether you are reaching out to accounts or support, they get back to you fast and resolve your queries quickly. Great support Easy interface Easy of use Cons Nothing was wrong all was perfect None at this stage, perhaps just a few characters more for the messages. The opt out option may not be immediately obvious to the receiver and it would be good to have opt outs automatically deleted. In all the time we have worked with BulkSMS, I honestly do not have any cons to report on. Nothing	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I liked the pricing model, and the ease of use for the system in creating marketing campaigns. But was told I didn't qualify, without adequate reasoning. It looked good at first, but as soon as I begin using the platform, the problems started showing up with "Customer Service", live and online as well. I love that Expert Texting doesn't charge for incoming texts. I also love that they are about a quarter of the cost of other mass text softwares.I Cons I have an acquisition brokerage, where I hire applicants and obtain prior consent to reach out with more opportunities. I was told by expert texting advisors that they wouldn't accept me using their service. Even though I thoroughly explained how prior consent was obtained- in the end I was told "No, because we don't allow mortgage companies". I explained that I wasn't a mortgage company, and that they were misinformed about the nature of my business which is inbound and acquisition. The advisor I spoke with was of eastern decent given the accent- and the operation is likely fully outsourced. I tried using this company and had issues with the first text I attempted to send out. The Customer Service was awful and just could not understand my issue. They kept telling me the same thing over and over which did not solve my issue. Then I talked to a live person which was just as disappointing!!! I am trying to cancel my account and having a hard time doing that as well, there is no way "online" to cancel, you must call them and answer a series of questions while they try to save the account and make it hard to cancel. I "must" send them an email with my reasons for canceling and request they delete my account. SCAM SCAM SCAM..... stay away is my advice!!! I dislike that Expert Texting isn't really great for large enterprises. So if you have a large company this software isn't for you.
