Pros from Real Users Pros i like the fact you can upload your building plans directly & scale them , measure walls or floors right on your screen to get quick, accurate material counts & then turn a won estimate into a live project calendar & build Gantt charts, generate purchase orders & work orders for your subcontractors Integrates well with other programs. The Support is very good, I get answers within minutes. Well-rounded program, suits me well as a small builder. I can track my jobs in live time, labor hours through the buildxact onsite app are easily tracked to labor costings Extremely time saving, easy to use, basic but detailed enough for building. Great for sending off quotes to clients. Great for ordering with suppliers and for work orders for sub-contractors. Buildxact is user friendly, does everything from quoting, job management, ordering, accounting to timesheets.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use and works well for our flooring business. It helps us keep our jobs organized and makes it easy to create quotes quickly. We’ve also found very few bugs, and the numbers and calculations have been accurate. The support team is very responsive and helpful. We are using using HomeArize to manage our flooring projects, quotes, customers, invoices and inventories, and it has saved us a lot of time. Everything is organized in one place, so we don't have to switch between different tools. Creating quotes is quick, tracking jobs is simple, and our team always knows what needs to be done. The software is easy to learn, and the support team is friendly and responds quickly whenever we need help. We moved to Homearize after another well-known web-based program which we'd only recently switched to from an older-style system simply couldn't cope with Australian GST requirements and other critical functions. Homearize handles the GST natively with no workarounds, which made an immediate difference to our day-to-day operations. The software itself is easy to use and quick to pick up. The whole team got comfortable with it without much fuss. The customer support has been a standout too despite the time difference with Australia, we typically hear back same day or next day and issues actually get fixed rather than sitting in a queue for weeks. The team is genuinely pleasant to deal with and it's great value for what you get. The software is really simple to use; you can quickly learn how to work with it. Great IT support. Before HomeArize, I was spending my evenings typing up estimates. Now, I can generate a professional, branded quote right on-site using my tablet. I love that it integrates with QuickBooks—I can send the invoice. It has significantly shortened our payment cycle and eliminated the constant back-and-forth emails. It’s clean, fast, and very professional Cons Some screens have a little too much empty space, which means more scrolling than necessary. A more compact layout would make it easier to see more information. There are still a few features that we'd like to see added, but the team is always improving the software and regularly releases updates. We haven't experienced any major issues so far. Some workflows involve more clicks than feel necessary, so moving between things can be a little bit cumbersome. That said, the team is actively working with us to streamline this, which says a lot about how they treat their customers. The Dashboard does not provide quick access to see the team work currently ongoing. Nothing that I can see. Honestly, it was so easy to use and integrate with daily workflow.
