Demotek is estimating and takeoff software built specifically for demolition and asbestos abatement contractors. It brings the entire bidding workflow — plan measurement, pricing, crew planning, disposal, and proposals — into one platform, replacing the usual mix of Bluebeam, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools.
Upload plans in PDF, PNG, or TIFF with searchable pages and instant thumbnails, then take off areas, lengths, and counts directly on the drawing with automatic scale calibration. Price each scope with your own material, transport, and disposal rates and margins, and reuse "scope circuits" that connect materials, sawcuts, and disposal into ready-made unit costs — so you encode a bid once and reuse it forever. Crew planning assigns foremen, laborers, operators, and drivers with burdened cost calculations, while road-based disposal routing prices haul cycles and tipping fees into the bid.
