Pros from Real Users Pros I can track my jobs in live time, labor hours through the buildxact onsite app are easily tracked to labor costings Extremely time saving, easy to use, basic but detailed enough for building. Great for sending off quotes to clients. Great for ordering with suppliers and for work orders for sub-contractors. Buildxact is user friendly, does everything from quoting, job management, ordering, accounting to timesheets.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We are using this software for years and seeing the value everyday, saving us time, money, mistakes and effort. We send out dozens of bids to dozens of subs, managing all of it in one place, with statuses and proposals. Once we onboarded no option to go back to emails. The ConWize estimation software has a user-friendly interface and one unified platform for improved worker communication We use this software for managing our bids in execution stage. All the info in the same place including the proposals and budget. Very helpful. Cons We are now transitioning into the execution phase which is a real milestone and takes time to guide all our users. We send out dozens of bids to dozens of subs, managing all of it in one place, with statuses and proposals. Once we onboarded no option to go back to emails. There are a limited number of users allowed on the free plan, the issue was solved by upgrading to the paid plan We still have to set all our notifications within the system so it will send us an alert when to open new bids. It depends on the users, very long assimilation.
