• Intuitive, Allows for files to be downloaded and easy search. Tenant portal is easy for payments and tasks.
• We have been using Buildium for 8+ years. It streamlines all of our processes from tenant screening, rent collection to work orders. I love the Resident Center in which our tenants can submit work orders, upload pictures and videos of issues, they can communicate through the system as well as pay their rent and view documents. It is phenomenal. We recently started using the reconciliation function which will save us so much time that we can then spend on growing our business. One thing I can attest to, is over the years, the improvements that were made based on feedback of users like us. It's hard to find a program that will evolve as an industry evolves to stay ahead of the learning curve.
• I like all the integrations in one app for bookkeeping, leasing, memos, maintenance requests, billing etc.
• Buildium is easy to setup and use. I like the accounting features in Buildium better than some other accounting software products. I have been using Buildium since 2010 and I love it. We started on Buildium with couple of residential units. Today we manage huge portfolio of commercial real estate. I like the financial reports, EFT features to receive the rent as well electronic payments to vendors are huge time saving features.
• For the most part it’s user friendly, easy to navigate & communicate with tenants. I love the templates & ease of running reports.
• Buildium has adapted and added features and integrations that have been very helpful. The customer service has always been excellent.
• Support team is responsive and helpful. The software itself is easy to use and makes maintenance requests, rent collection and tenant communications a breeze. Buildium Academy courses and articles were especially helpful to get our company up and running.
• It's easy to set up as a "user" with one property unit managed by CornerStone, some of the Co-owners in our community could own more units.
• I have been using Buildium for over 10 years and it is user friendly and keeps thorough records and offers many user options. I am not very tech savvy and the system is fairly easy to understand.
• You can either look at charges by date or by account. You can keep up with tenants' insurance fairly easy. The report is easy to follow.
