About Coly
Coly is a student experience design platform that proactively builds socially and emotionally thriving students and the prerequisites for retention.
Using validated behavioral science (Big Five, PVQ), Coly profiles every student, group, and cohort, often before they even move in, building a living picture of who they are and what they need.
From there, Coly puts scientific, expert-level, personalized guidance directly in the hands of RAs, residence life staff, higher leadership, and students themselves. RAs get tailored support for conflict mediation and program planning. Staff get day-one context on new students and escalated cases. Leadership sees drop-out risk early and knows exactly where to invest. Students get guidance shaped around who they specifically are, not generic advice.
The result: every person on campus gets the kind of insight a senior, experienced staff member would bring, instantly, at scale, grounded in real student data.
