Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Subcontractor database is very responsive. The sales team and customer service given is excellent. There was an issue and the Director of Sales jumped on it right away and got a resolution that was acceptable for all parties. It allows to search by zip code based on x amount of radius miles and it can be easy to use depending on the size of the job. It also allows you to load as many subs that you can locate. Cons Currently there is a limited selection of packages, options and pricing tiers. Some of the companies that it finds are sometimes suppliers and not subcontractors. You still have to sort though the populated fields. To difficult to manually add an external subs to your list in order to help keep and track all calls and emails together. Does not allow you to edit your side notes Does not let you know if an email address is good or not.		Pros from Real Users Pros i like the fact you can upload your building plans directly & scale them , measure walls or floors right on your screen to get quick, accurate material counts & then turn a won estimate into a live project calendar & build Gantt charts, generate purchase orders & work orders for your subcontractors Integrates well with other programs. The Support is very good, I get answers within minutes. Well-rounded program, suits me well as a small builder. I can track my jobs in live time, labor hours through the buildxact onsite app are easily tracked to labor costings Extremely time saving, easy to use, basic but detailed enough for building. Great for sending off quotes to clients. Great for ordering with suppliers and for work orders for sub-contractors. Buildxact is user friendly, does everything from quoting, job management, ordering, accounting to timesheets.
