Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing, no pros Cons Registration process is a disaster. Provided all my info, and got a message stating someone will get back, no, no one is getting back, registration fails. Calling them is not working at all, no one answers the phone, no callbacks, no nothing.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros MYBOS has proven to be vital to our business. The interface is intuitive and the dashboard provides an easy to understand snapshot of the general status of the building. The calendar has been very useful as it let's us know what is coming up for example preventative maintenance. The features are well thought out and we love the apps that allow us to work from anywhere at anytime. Once you get your building set up the software is intuitive and basic level support is good. There are a lot of features available. Cons I liked everything - there was nothing that I did not like or found difficult. Inspections using the App used to work but now do not. No response from accounts or sales teams - we have sent 6 emails and made 3 phone calls trying to set up a new building we have acquired and have heard nothing back.
