Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Everything. The timing was fast. The price was fair. The knowledge was great. They helped get the app on the App Store and Google Play. It was a really good experience. I am a happy customer. As a white label partner, it has allowed us to easily clone and resell apps. The software is well made and has allowed us to hire new employees and get them up to speed on the platform quickly. I love using this app to create training plans for my company. Not being a very tech savvy person, this app is very simple to understand and creates top notch quality. Overall the platform is great with many features that are available and can be customized if needed. The design interface is very cool as it allows you to make each app different while not looking like a template much like others out there. My support manager Jordan is great to work with as he made things very easy during my training as there are some learning curves to basically understand everything to this platform. If I have any issues or questions they're answered within a reasonable timeframe. Overall the features are really good and designing apps is pretty easy. I have only used this platform for about 6 month. But, I'm looking forward to reaching out to new industries now that I have my hands on this, and open to building apps for basically anyone in the future. I was thoroughly impressed with the support from BuildFire that I received during our migration of our Mobile Claim App to BuildFire. I had many questions throughout the conversion and they were answered in a timely manner and I always had a follow up email to ensure I was happy with the results and to ask if I had any more questions. It was so nice that Sepopo was my main contact for a good portion of the re-creation of our app and she was aware of the issues I was dealing with without have to reiterate to many support people. Kudos to a job well done and I look forward to working with BuildFire. Cons I don't know it seemed like a really good experience. I don't really have anything bad to say. Sometimes there can be some tickets that may take more time than expected to get fixed. I don't have any cons for this app, everything works smoothly and customer support is some of the best I have experienced. The admin console can be a little confusing with a few glitches here and there. But, like anything once you learn where things are and how things work it gets easier and easier each day, and the glitches get adjusted pretty quickly. The cost is more expensive from what I was paying in the past. But, it's not horrible and offers a lot and is a big upgrade from what I had before. The only thing you will have are additional costs along the way that are necessary in order to use the app platform correctly. You will just need a few third party products to really make this app even better. But, addition fees are expected in order to use this effectively. I would also like to see more loyalty features that are touch-less. Maybe offering QR codes to populate loyalty tabs, rather than punching in a code and having to have others handle your device. It was a huge migration of many companies so it was very confusing in the initial stages and I was unsure if I would continue working with BuildFire. After a few discussions and when the wrinkles were ironed out, I was confident that BuildFire was the company to go with. I'm very happy I made that decision because our app is live and working well even before the deadline which was so important to us.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Kintone is very customizable which means that if somebody in my team asks me if we can do something in Kintone, I am able to say yes almost all of the time. Plus, it's fun to figure out how to most efficiently organize data in Kintone. You are able to create apps which keeps different data separate and organized, for example one app for budgets and another app for meeting notes, but you are also able to connect the data across apps so all of the budget and meeting note data that is in separate apps will link to the same client. Support is precious for system and software company. Their system engineer is so supportive and kind to teach me how to use the app. Reporting is clear to see. Admin and management teams are using Kintone. Every on the same page by using Kintone This is for small and medium size of business. People are taking too long time to manage all unnecessary work everyday, but it can be done less time than now by using Kintone. I love the platform of the Kintone. It is simple and easy to use. Sometimes it is hard to create new function, but customer support is great. Cons Because it is so customizable, sometimes I'll set up a task or table and then realize that it was not the best way to do it. My coworkers have also called it clunky and hard to adapt into their work flow. It is so many features and cannot use it all. Need to take more time to understand what function do we really need. Some workers are not using Kintone as info dashboard. Price might be expensive, if you need so many things to change the operation. Some of the function are unclear to use. I need more easy manual to use the system itself.
