Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • + It's very practical How you can get feedback regardless if the website is in desktop mode or mobile website mode. This was very easy and feedback for me to be able to have the same experience regardless of whether it is the browser or mobile phones, since web pages are not only accessed within desktop browsers, but many people also access them from their browser. of mobile devices and it is necessary to review the practicality of a website Since in mobile versions it is more summarized and compact than the desktop web. This makes a website appear since in mobile versions it is more summarized and compact than the desktop web. This means that certain functions are lost as they are not in desktop mode, therefore this tool allows you to know what is not working when they visit a company's website through their Smartphone. Likewise, also on the desktop website. + I have had good customer service from this platform, which I feel very grateful for providing me with solutions At the moment of not understanding certain functions of BugHerd, So I can say that I am more satisfied with the support provided by the support team technical. having a support that supports me immediately is very important for my company since when I want a solution I hope to have a short response time since every time that passes can be valuable time which other solutions can be found within me business or implement new things to improve workflow. That is why I am very satisfied with the support team of this platform since it provides me with solutions in a short response period. + I like that this platform is very simple to be able to implement within my company since it did not require so much effort or a typical installation of any desktop software. I only had to download a Google Chrome browser extension since it is the most compatible for you to do this type of work due to the integration that most of the websites currently have. It can also be downloaded with Edge since it is currently very similar to Google because it works with the same base and has the same feature to install this platform in both browsers, I don't know if it can be implemented from other browsers. With the fact of using only the BugHerd extension, I have had a good experience being able to leave comments, take screenshots and mark certain areas where changes can be made or some function is failing without the need to use any special software on the desktop, giving me more security since I don't have to leave anything to the team, but I can work everything within the browser.
  • HugHerd has helped organize and improve our as it has been able to prioritize more than all the bugs I've had. Thanks to this platform we have had an easy feedback with customers since this tool is very easy to use and launch on our website. º This platform facilitates the compilation of comments from websites since it is well known that in order to have a good user experience you have to listen to what customers want, improving the attention of visitors by having everything ordered and direct. º I can keep both the record, as well as the follow-up and also the culmination of each edition that has been made on the wealthy website, so I can visually notice all the improvements to the changes that have been made and know if errors were corrected. º Understanding the monitoring of the actions that a client has done on the website is extremely simple, this functionality is very complete since it allows me to see where he has clicked, what the site has shown him when he has entered a specific section, It also allows me to see heat maps specifying where my customers go the most and which section they don't like to visit. º The interaction that customers have with my website is instant feedback. Being able to see the tracking live without any problem and solve a problem almost immediately to improve the customer experience. º I can leave comments in any section of the website so that the developers take care of the respective improvements, this can be whether I work collaboratively with them or I get on the client side and have a better perspective of how they see my website. º I like that web extensions and scripts can be added without any problem so that we can have a complete follow-up to our website with more details, as well as the ease with which I can easily work with HTML to know through the elements what errors that the website may have since with these I can also locate the problems and apply solutions. º I can work alone or as a team, thus being able to add them as one more user within my account to work collaboratively with others, thus having better feedback, try to improve our site and read the comments of others, as well as assign tasks each individual on our team to make corrections faster and more efficiently. º Clients can add tasks if they are included in our work team, making it easier for the client to have control over what they want us to improve and not just leave comments. In addition, the tracking can be attached as a screenshot of the different sections of our website.

Cons

  • - It does not have updates every time changes are made or every time there is a new entry, this is important since you always have to update the browser and I am upset because I want all the data that will be entered from the visitors to be shown in real time without having to update anything manually. It does not always happen but mostly when there is a large number of traffic the counter tends to hit and the browser has to be reflected. - I wish there was a category specifically for customers since currently there are only categories for guest members and administrators.com guests I would like there to be a category specifically for customers since currently there are only categories for guest members and administrators. With the guests I can give a certain privilege to be able to review some information about what we do with this platform, however, they are not specific about what it would be like to have access as a client which gives close privileges to members who work within BugHerd to solve problems of website. With this, I would solve certain problems that are caused within my website for certain clients, which sometimes do not load certain functions available on my website. So I have to adapt to many types of browsers that do not have certain functions enabled. an example would be a function that is not compatible with Firefox browsers and certain clients do not have such a function So I would have to adapt to certain browsers depending on the client's needs - A bit of updating is needed in its interface since I have been working with this platform for a long time and its same way of working. It is essential to have a friendlier and more accessible workspace for everyone so that it is easier to have a learning experience for new members without getting confused in the process and also not having such a steep learning curve. I say this because certain functions already seem very complicated to access when you have a large number of uses. I consider that you should have easy access to these tools without having so much complication.
  • º It's been a long time since its last interface update, I can say that at first the user experience has been incredible but there are other times where everything is simpler and more comfortable to work with and that's what BugHerd hasn't improved. º It has become difficult to keep customers informed due to the simple fact that on several occasions part of the company's internal communications have escaped. You should be able to tag within the conversation what is for the customer and what is for the internal. º For the user who is not very trained in what technology is, that is why I commented on the improvement of the user experience because not only website experts are the ones who use this platform but also as an individual to be able to improve their website, but without any knowledge it is difficult. It would be good to put more understandable functions with their respective help section right there or small tutorials. º Implementation was the hardest thing for me, definitely not all site builders and implementing BugHerd for a handmade website is easier more however you have to know a bit of code for this. º I have a problem sometimes with the comments that I wanted to leave, for example to an image. This problem causes me stress sometimes because the comment goes to any section of the website randomly. It is uncomfortable to work like this since you have to be putting the comment well until it stays in its place. º I also have problems with the tasks similarly when I put comments on the website, I mean that my tasks tend to get out of order frequently and the task manager that this platform has about the changes that I have to make is simply vague and wrong optimized with respect to other platforms.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • A simple and intuitive interface. Everything makes sense once you get the hang of it. Lots of features, a variety of third-party plugins. Teamwork, comments, and much more.
  • I've been using Figma for the past 3 years, and I have nothing but praise - it's a solid 10/10. What I appreciate the most about Figma, including everything, is that this team listens to its community, cares about details, and introduces features that make work easier not only for designers but for everyone who uses the program, including developers, managers, users, and so on. Collaboration with multiple people in one file, auto layout, and the recently added dev mode are just a few of the things. Additionally, the mobile application that I can sync with my account allows me to see how the design looks on a mobile device in real-time, even when I update the design in the file. This also applies to tablets and more. It's perfect!
  • Figma is great for collaborative design, no doubt about that. Its ease of use could be better as you really have to be a designer to understand elements and design constructs. Overall though we use this inhouse with all our teams to share and collaborate.
  • Quality design tool. Figma is an impressive tool that provides endless basic and advanced functionalities that has allowed us to make our designs in real time and collaboratively with the entire work team and even our clients to provide them with quality material. Its interface and user experience is optimal and guarantees ease of use and adaptation throughout the process. It easily connects the entire work team, allowing us to act synchronously, giving us the possibility of brainstorming through notes and diagrams that allow us to express in greater detail each minimal aspect during different design steps. In one place we find how to exploit all our potential since since we were at zero we can create a completely new idea and develop it without any type of limitation. Its tools have allowed us to design our image in a much more developed way as it offers intelligent and dynamic features that reflect a much more realistic image. It has a portfolio of templates that adapt to our design systems and offers trending tools that allow us to constantly keep up to date. Another point that is important to highlight is that we can quickly create and deliver designs in real time adapted to the needs of our clients. Not only with this create work tables and team meetings where we can plan through whiteboards the entire design process so that everything is clear and we can quickly adapt to the work to be done, communication synchronization of the work team is one of the objectives in our company and having been able to achieve it with Figma was really an achievement, since the results can be seen both internally and internally. Prototyping has also given us the ability to show our clients our work without having to join the platform as it is possible to create a space where they can visualize the interaction of design and elements. Among so many things, its interface is really intuitive and easy to customize since it adapts to each of our requirements to be able to work according to what we need, it has a clean interface organized and with the right tools so we don't get stressed with so much work. DISLIKE It still has some small performance bugs, being based on the cloud I recognize that all our designs are safe there, however the processing of these designs during the experience on the platform is quite slow and presents regularities if my connection to Internet is not entirely good, even at times when I lost parts of the design made because I did not realize the connection. Being able to have a platform that can be used directly on my computer without connection, Daniela gives possibilities and opens the door to a better user experience and ease of use. And although it already has this, the interface is a bit limited and does not allow me to be quite free as today in the cloud platform. GENERAL In general terms, we really now have Figma, which is a highly capable platform to provide us with an optimal space for all the members of the work team to interact and translate all their ideas into a design, thus developing a quality product that we can offer you. to our clients and what we can adapt with enough flexibility according to what each one of them wants. Previously we had to save the work and then share it with our colleagues to give feedback on the work done, now this is no longer necessary since in real time we can all visualize the progress of the design and interact in the changes of the same. In this way, we do not make sharing work ideas so tedious, but rather a much more enjoyable environment. It has no barriers in terms of the development of each of our ideas, it allows us to be free enough professionals to create a whole new world. The tools are adequate and it has given us a space to create, build and be creative enough. Since we joined this platform, we have discovered that we were not really limiting new opportunities and that thanks to better developed work, our clients are much more satisfied with the new ideas proposed.
  • I'm a self-taught designer, so it was important for me to find a tool that's easy to learn on my own. Figma delivered in that aspect. The interface is intuitive, they have descriptive support pages with tips and tutorials. I can do all my design work in one software: sketching, workshops, prototyping, and design. This helps me save money, since I don't need to subscribe to any other product.

Cons

  • You can name the cost, a gradual reduction in free functionality
  • The only thing I believe should be improved is the prototyping functionality. Prototyping currently serves basic functions for me, but I would love it if it were possible to add animations and motion design to prototypes.
  • Ease of use could be better, not everyone is a designer! Native Mac app is a memory hog.
  • It still has some small performance bugs, being based on the cloud I recognize that all our designs are safe there, however the processing of these designs during the experience on the platform is quite slow and presents regularities if my connection to Internet is not entirely good, even at times when I lost parts of the design made because I did not realize the connection. Being able to have a platform that can be used directly on my computer without connection, Daniela gives possibilities and opens the door to a better user experience and ease of use. And although it already has this, the interface is a bit limited and does not allow me to be quite free as today in the cloud platform.
  • It can be overwhelming to keep up with all the new and existing features features. Also, with bigger files I need have to refresh the page sometimes for the changes to take place.
