Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros One thing that I like very much with Buffer is the ability to schedule all posts and videos across all social platforms simultaneously. - User-frienndly and easy to use - Robust scheduling capabilities - Analytics that allows you to track performance of your posts across different platforms Buffer is one of the most straightforward products to use. They have a free trial where I can try scheduling for different social media. Best platform for scheduling your posts for social media accounts also easy to use. they have different features + they implement all my needs which I want from this app. Previously we scheduled content natively in each app. I needed a way to easily manage content on multiple platforms with a number of colleagues without giving everyone publishing access. Cons I do not have any major dislikes or discomfort with this product. - Basic content creation tools like the Pablo image creator that doesn't cover more sophisticated design needs, limited Analytics - Limited post customization for each platform The editing is quite limited. If the photo or video has a different ratio, you might expect it to look different. Because of that, I switched to some social media native scheduling options, which is not ideal if you want to see all the posts you schedule. They have high pricing also also the social media limitations. The software is a good-to-go software and quite easy to understand but initially while using and implementing all the tools and functions of the software. It confused our team regarding how to go further with the advanced scheduling and post-queuing but gradually we learned the process and worked on it flawlessly	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - Top-notch responsiveness - Always improving on what's already a fantastic product - Ease of use - Intuitive - Packed full of useful features - Shortens work time and makes me more profitable! I like the options of many platforms. There is also a good set of documentation and wizards for guidance for adding each platform. I love the fact that you can connect so many accounts and they actually work. It’s an amazing service and it’s surprisingly reliable. Having tried quite a few other services I gotta say this is one of my favorite so far. The sheer fact that it breaks down text to tweet threads automatically is a must! I have enjoyed using this platform to post to all the various social media that Bonsai uses and Postly really does make the job easier at times when I am in a rush and I need to get things published and scheduled. Up until I found Postly, I had been patching together social media scheduling with a couple of different services that didn't fully meet my needs. With Postly, I have found the all-in-one package I was looking for. That it posts directly to my Google Business Profile puts it head and shoulders above all the others. I also appreciate that the development at Postly listens to its users and plans feature releases around the needs we express. Cons Like any new software, as they add features, new issues appear. But, not often and they are far superior to any other platform I've used in their super quick fixes of any issue identified - they often have it resolved in under an hour!! Amazing. The amount of platforms covered exceeds the ability for maintaining their changes. I rarely make a post successfully for just four platforms. Because of that, I dread using it. I know only use it about once a month, instead of the desired every few days. Needs better labels to show what image size is required BEFORE publishing. It doesn’t have as much flexibility as other services on the analytics side. That’s one of the very few things missing. The main issue that I have been dealing with for the past month on Postly is posting to TikTok. I am aware that when you’re posting to TikTok, you must approve the post on TikTok before it is officially published. Even though I follow all the right steps during the process, there have been many videos that I have tried to upload to TikTok through Postly that disappear and never show up on TikTok for me to approve them. This has been frustrating and has delayed my work to some degree so it would be great if this issue can be fixed in the future. The content planner was a bit clunky, although I understand there has been some upgrades in the scheduling portion. I have not yet checked it out.
