About Cloud based time clock solution that pre-populates reports for payroll. Employees can punch in on their desktop or mobile devices. Punching in & out is intuitive for your employees & easy for you to view & export time. Employees can clock in using a browser or our Google, iOS, & Android apps. You can view who's working, their GPS position or even limit where they can punch. We integrate with QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex, & SurePayroll while also offering Excel exports. Advanced features such as PTO Accrual Tracking, Punch Rounding, Job Codes, QR Codes, Automatic Breaks, & SSO are all included in our cloud based time clock.		About Districts and schools use existing computers and networks to run our easy-to-use, easy-to-audit and extremely efficient Employee Time and Attendance system designed specifically for schools. Employee Time Clock Portal Provides Flexible Clock In/Out for all Employees. Employees with a computer clock in at their desk, others use shared workstations placed connected to your LAN. Administrators, teachers and other exempt employees use the Login Only feature. Secretaries, lunchroom workers, custodians and other non-exempt employees use a full-featured time clock. Substitutes use the same systems to record their services. Employees select their leave type (Sick, Personal, etc.) and other absence data when logging back in after an absence, eliminating the need to complete additional paperwork at the office. Employees can access their time clock and absence history at their desk or clock-in workstation. Employees have the information they need when they need it.

Pros from Real Users Pros Buddy Punch is easy to use, both with data entry and report generation. The facial recognition on the iPad adds a level of ease. You can take advantage of any or all services it provides, based on your needs. I have been using this app for about two weeks now and love it. It was easy to read, easy to use and I would not want to work with any other app. I love using the buddy punch app it is very user friendly as well as easy to manage- edit and change shifts as well as scheduling PTO time. The fact you can adjust the hours at anytime before posting is the most helpful think about Buddy Punch - efficient - easy to navigate - nice design - smooth software - allowed to add in lunch breaks - can edit timesheet after clock out well for the managers that can't handle time sheets and want to geofence and track their clients around.... monitor that they are indeed working and staying at the desk to log in and log out. or if they are on their phone follow their phone around during the day to see where they've gone off to for a long lunch... - Great customer service that is always ready to help. - Clean and easy to use interface. - Scheduling creation tools are fantastic. - Tracking employee hours and time cards is simple and readable. - My team loves it! Very easy to use, has a good amount of features, the design is slick, the support team is awesome, and the pricing is reasonable. Great way to punch in and out for work. When my boss is not able to verify my attendance, this is a great way for them to verify it. Amazing customer service, very user friendly platform, intuitive setup, and onboarding was great! Also love how it integrates with QB Desktop!
