Pros from Real Users Pros Buddy Punch is easy to use, both with data entry and report generation. The facial recognition on the iPad adds a level of ease. You can take advantage of any or all services it provides, based on your needs. I have been using this app for about two weeks now and love it. It was easy to read, easy to use and I would not want to work with any other app. I love using the buddy punch app it is very user friendly as well as easy to manage- edit and change shifts as well as scheduling PTO time. The fact you can adjust the hours at anytime before posting is the most helpful think about Buddy Punch - efficient - easy to navigate - nice design - smooth software - allowed to add in lunch breaks - can edit timesheet after clock out well for the managers that can't handle time sheets and want to geofence and track their clients around.... monitor that they are indeed working and staying at the desk to log in and log out. or if they are on their phone follow their phone around during the day to see where they've gone off to for a long lunch... - Great customer service that is always ready to help. - Clean and easy to use interface. - Scheduling creation tools are fantastic. - Tracking employee hours and time cards is simple and readable. - My team loves it! Very easy to use, has a good amount of features, the design is slick, the support team is awesome, and the pricing is reasonable. Great way to punch in and out for work. When my boss is not able to verify my attendance, this is a great way for them to verify it. Amazing customer service, very user friendly platform, intuitive setup, and onboarding was great! Also love how it integrates with QB Desktop!		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Clockify is an essential platform in our company because it helps us control the time that each employee spends on scheduled activities, this platform is capable of measuring the working time in general for each employee's day, in addition, it is also capable of Keep a record of all the activities that are completed within your working day and how long it takes to complete each of them. One of the first things that I love about this platform is the function to change the activity, this function allows a record of the time spent for each activity to be kept within the system, Each employee will have a button which they could press to inform the system Once you have started a new activity, the system will automatically count the time spent for the previous activity and it will also count the time that is elapsed in the current activity. Another thing I like about this platform is that it provides me with real-time monitoring of the amount of time worked by each employee. Just by accessing the main panel of this platform, I can find out how long an employee has been working in a day In addition, I can visualize in real time, the work time counter increases from the main panel. I also liked that this platform is also capable of counting the time spent by each employee within a specific website, this function is very important for us since it allows us to know how much time an employee spends on certain web pages, I consider that this function It is one of the most important since it helps us monitor web browsing and browsing time. I love this. It's easy to use, free, and works great. My whole team is remote, so I depend on this for accuracy. I have been using Clockify for almost for two years now in my remote outsourcing company and I absolutely love it! It is by far the best time tracking and expense tracking tool I have used. It is extremely easy to use and has a ton of great features. Some of my favourite features include the ability to track time and expenses for multiple projects, the ability to create invoices and track payments, the ability to track vacation and leave, and the reporting and analytics. Clockify has saved me a lot of time and money and I would highly recommend it to anyone especially for a remote company. Clockify is an amazing service that will help you perfect the way you manage your employees' work time, the way you can manage the work time each employee spends on various activities is impressive. The first thing that I like about this platform is that you can manage all the activities and see the status of each one of them in real time, within the main panel you can have a very precise activity management, in which you can see if the employee has completed an activity or if the activity is still pending, also, within this panel you can modify the delivery schedule of each activity, so that when that delivery schedule ends, the activity will be in a section of delayed activities, without Undoubtedly, this panel helps to manage all the activities in a complete way. Another thing that I like about this platform is that it automatically calculates the overtime hours of each employee, just by modifying the number of hours that each employee has to work, the platform will count those hours and also detect when the employee has worked. others, in this way to account for overtime and add it to the detailed report of each worker. Lastly, I love the way this platform has excellent integration with the Payroll system, you can use all the reports to make a payroll payment. Great time tracking program with many uses such as tracking employee work, time spent on clients, non-billables etc. Also free! Cons One of the main negative characteristics of this platform is the widget available for computers. The main reason why this Widget is negative is because it only allows you to view in real time the work hours that the system has recorded for each of the employees. , it does not allow you to create a new activity, it does not allow you to plan activities and it does not allow you to access the calendar of activities scheduled for specific dates, I consider that this Widget should be much more complete and offer much more advanced functions to be really useful. Another of the negative things that this platform has is that when I try to use my account within another device that is not registered, the system automatically asks me for a five-digit code, it is really annoying that you asked me for a code every time I am using a new device, I think this additional security only gets in the way when logging in on a new device. The last negative thing that this platform has is that currently there is no type of backup system to protect the information or the reports collected are the hours worked, so if for some reason access to this data is lost or are deleted, the Posted Hours reports cannot be retrieved. There is nothing about this software that I don't like. There is not much that I dislike about Clockify. The only thing I could say is that I would like the ability to track time for multiple projects in one place. Other than that, I absolutely love Clockify and would highly recommend it to anyone! The first negative factor of this platform is the web version, I have used the web version on several occasions, since accessing the web version is much easier and much faster than using the desktop version, however, the web version has a much slower data updating system than the other versions, I have noticed that the data and monitoring of work activity and the hours spent by each employee are not updated in real time as it happens from the computer version, I consider that this version web needs many improvements so that we can have real-time monitoring and we can know exactly how many hours have been worked by an employee. In addition, it also has to be an improvement on the free trial of this platform, since the free trial only allows you to add a certain number of employees to monitor activities and count working hours, it would be excellent if this little program had no limits and was available for a couple of days, so that employees can register correctly and the platform is successfully tested. Very little cons - sometimes minor difficulties with task/date picker.
