	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros An all-encompassing system that includes trust accounting management, property administration, document storage, mail and SMS merge features, inspection, and maintenance management. Cons It's still a Windows Desktop Application, but their new Web Application is launching in 2021 and i cannot wait.
