Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros BrewPOS is intuitive for our Baristas, easy to train staff on, and produces reports our company needs to succeed. It also tracks all actions, lessening theft and mistakes. The owners and managers always have access and can work on the system from anywhere, a true plus! We have been overwhelmingly happy with the support. A shift supervisor can call any time and get help, which saves time for the management, and every change we requested has been made with efficiency and care. We love how the company continues to improve and the small business feel of their customer service. The price is good, and the set-up was simple and attended to by friendly, knowledgeable staff. We are delighted we chose BrewPOS! Cons Truly, anything that has needed improvement the company has been able to resolve.
