Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros System works ridiculously with file imports. You can NOT update any product info using import files, everything has to be done manually through the platform interface. Only recently they added feature to import images using image url in spreadsheet (not sure if it works though). Interface is really weird and there are a lot of missing standard features any platform should have. The product quantity you set doesn't affect the quantity customers can purchase (how is that even an issue?) Support doesn't really have an idea what's happening. I've been waiting for them to check on the issue for more than 40 mins now. I don't understand why we are paying so much for the subscription, platform sucks. Cons Spreadsheet import is weird. No option to update existing products info (only quantities). No option to import pack breakdowns. Very bad and uncomfortable interface. No limitations on purchasing quantity on checkout.
