Pros from Real Users Pros I like the whole setup of BrandMail, it's easy to use and navigate. It's straightforward and easy to navigate Centralised signature management, seamless Outlook integration, consistent branding across all users, easy to update organisation-wide, reliable performance, and helpful customer support. The communication was amazing. I always got extremely fast help and super nice employees, who are very competent and helpful. They take time to solve your specific problems and offer creative, fast solutions. I have not experienced such a good working relationship with a company that’s even in a different country. They even went beyond what I wanted and brought in their own creativity. - Centralized control of email signatures and banners ensures consistent brand presentation across the organization - Easy-to-use interface for end users, while giving marketing and admin teams strong governance and control - Ability to run banner campaigns and track engagement adds measurable marketing value to everyday emails - Responsive customer support and onboarding assistance The email signatures works across all devices and email clients. We are also able to offer further information to recipients that we can track. BrandMail allows us to communicate with customers in a uniform, professional manner. It creates a professional look and allows staff use of pre-designed and approved (editable and customizable) templates. BrandMail has proven to be a valuable tool for maintaining brand consistency and streamlining our communication processes. The platform also enables us to manage marketing banners effectively, and the integrated "rate our service" feature provides the added benefit of capturing real-time customer feedback. It is easy to implement, and you can change banners as you need to align with what you want to communicate to your clients. It even allows for multiple banners to be active at the same time. I appreciate how hands-on and communicative the team is. They support you throughout the entire process and offer training to help you gain a better understanding and become more independent. Additionally, they are very patient with their clients. We have been using BrandMail for some months now and am really pleased with the support that we received implementing the product. It is great that we can update employee details via the platform and we appreciate the customisations the team made for us.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Been using Rocketseed for 5 years now, for 5 locations. I really liked how easy and user friendly the interface was. It was super easy to train any new hires and very intuitive to use, no one has to have any special skill set to use it (except maybe graphic design if you want to send a fully designed email). It's pretty clean and uncluttered too, so you aren't lost trying to find your way around the analytics etc. It made it really easy that we could create a basic template that worked for us and just swap out imagery as needed. Everything is very customizable, from the emails you want to send, to the footers, the sender, the reply, and the analytics are pretty robust. I can't imagine you won't be able to find what you need in there. Also offers split testing of subject lines which helped us quite a bit. Oh and customer service is responsive, you will usually just deal with the same person and they always respond fast. Also offers audience segmentation, and is super easy to upload new emails by simply importing a spreadsheet, so if your business collects emails say, through wifi sign up, it's pretty simple just to drop them into the database. The ability to have all employees have a unified email signature has been very helpful. The email signatures and banners drive a lot of traffic to our website and to our event registration pages. Our Customer Success Manager and the Client Services team are very responsive. I love our company signatures, we have a lot of traffic going to our website from our signature links. I love the tracking report that comes to my email weekly. I also think Rocketseed has the best customer service, whenever I need help they are right on top of everything. I highly recommend Rocketseed! My Customer Account Manager has been super responsive, helpful, timely, and available all the time. She has always responded very quickly to my questions and was more than willing to set up a call to introduce herself and explain the features of my company's account with Rocketseed. We’ve been very happy with the uniform look of all our signatures since partnering with Rocketseed a few years ago. Everyone on my team has a nice clean signature regardless of what device they are using to send emails. Excellent customer service and quick response times when we have a new team member or change to a signature. I also like that the customer cannot tell if I’m responding from my computer sitting in the office or from my phone on vacation, email and signatures are identical. Cons There really wasn't anything I had an issue with. I think it beats out most email tools, especially if you are worried about your emails having a nice aesthetic. Not really a con, but I would prefer the ability create email signatures myself. The setup of signature templates isn't as user friendly as I'd like to see it. There hasn't been anything I dislike so far. The only thing I wish I had the ability to do is to edit the links/design of the signature and update/change contact information for employees. Really no complaints. It was a great integration and everyone on our team is happy with it.
