Pros from Real Users Pros I like the whole setup of BrandMail, it's easy to use and navigate. It's straightforward and easy to navigate Centralised signature management, seamless Outlook integration, consistent branding across all users, easy to update organisation-wide, reliable performance, and helpful customer support. The communication was amazing. I always got extremely fast help and super nice employees, who are very competent and helpful. They take time to solve your specific problems and offer creative, fast solutions. I have not experienced such a good working relationship with a company that’s even in a different country. They even went beyond what I wanted and brought in their own creativity. - Centralized control of email signatures and banners ensures consistent brand presentation across the organization - Easy-to-use interface for end users, while giving marketing and admin teams strong governance and control - Ability to run banner campaigns and track engagement adds measurable marketing value to everyday emails - Responsive customer support and onboarding assistance The email signatures works across all devices and email clients. We are also able to offer further information to recipients that we can track. BrandMail allows us to communicate with customers in a uniform, professional manner. It creates a professional look and allows staff use of pre-designed and approved (editable and customizable) templates. BrandMail has proven to be a valuable tool for maintaining brand consistency and streamlining our communication processes. The platform also enables us to manage marketing banners effectively, and the integrated "rate our service" feature provides the added benefit of capturing real-time customer feedback. It is easy to implement, and you can change banners as you need to align with what you want to communicate to your clients. It even allows for multiple banners to be active at the same time. I appreciate how hands-on and communicative the team is. They support you throughout the entire process and offer training to help you gain a better understanding and become more independent. Additionally, they are very patient with their clients. We have been using BrandMail for some months now and am really pleased with the support that we received implementing the product. It is great that we can update employee details via the platform and we appreciate the customisations the team made for us.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Free Trial, easy setup. Once up and running its set it and forget it. Plug-in is very good and works well in Outlook. Pushed company wide in under 24 hours. We use it as a service for streamlining our signatures for existing and new users alike. Changing the signatures for events, holidays etc. is a breeze and works in seconds - what's not to like? Setup and configuration is fast, easy to learn, many functions and granular setup enables many workflows Before CodeTwo, we managed email signatures using custom PowerShell scripts and local Outlook configurations, which was both time-consuming and error-prone. CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 completely eliminated that overhead by giving us centralized control through a web interface. The Microsoft 365 integration is seamless, and Azure AD sync ensures all user data (like phone numbers or job titles) is always up to date. The signature editor is flexible enough for marketing needs and intuitive enough for IT to manage without daily involvement. We use it organization-wide, every day, and it’s been incredibly reliable. CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 impresses with its user-friendliness, easy integration with Microsoft 365, and professional support. The central management of all email signatures - whether from desktop, mobile, or web - has been a real game changer for our company. The ability to insert dynamic content such as user photos or marketing banners greatly enhances our external presentation. The interface is intuitively designed and easily manageable even for administrators with limited IT knowledge. Cons Nothing really stood out as a negative. As always could be cheaper but for larger quantities there is a bulk discount. I always found support/sales to be very responsive for renewals etc. We had to change up our existing AD infrastructure a bit in order for CodeTwo to work flawlessly. So there's a bit of onboarding, but then it's a go! The interface for administration of billing is a little bit confusing Nothing particularly negative so far. The initial setup requires understanding of Microsoft 365 admin settings, but the documentation and support make it straightforward. So far, I haven't encountered any drawbacks. The system runs smoothly, reliably, and meets all expectations.
