Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Box is a platform that makes it its priority to be highly secure when uploading files in it and sharing it with others inside and outside of the platform, and I like that I am able to encrypt all files for more security. When working on files inside of the software, I can easily control the security when collaborating with other members and choose what type of access everyone has. Aside from this security aspect, I also like that it's able to integrate with other well-known security tools like Cisco to ensure a better experience in terms of safety. The best functionality of Box, in my opinion, is in its collaboration features, the digital whiteboard is one of them, because it's very easy to annotate things in different manners during a meeting and build ideas with other team members where there is a big creative process going on. There is a space specifically made for creating and working together on projects and I really love that it's possible to access it on a variety of platforms without the files getting altered, the way the mobile application is designed makes it easier to work on it compared to other solutions. In addition to that, the notes feature is such a great tool to obtain a quick overview of what we'll eventually be working on in a certain project. The best i like about Box is how it provides very high security for our sensitive documents. Permission management is an outstanding and fantastic feature which allows us to control who has access to what information. Box makes it extremely easy to manage important and sensitive documents safely and securely in the cloud. It had a simple and user friendly interface which makes it easy to use. It's a cloud-based solution thus making it very easy to access from anywhere anytime. I use Box daily and it's a brilliant and exceptional tool that allows me to easily and safely manage my documents. It has a very clean and intuitive interface making it easy to use. It provides very high security for my files and i highly recommend it. I like how its advanced encryption ensures that our sensitive data is protected during storage and transfer. In addition, permissions management is another outstanding feature, as it allows us to control who has access to what information, minimizing the risk of data leaks. Box also offers flexibility in collaboration that allows teams to work together efficiently. Cons I don't have a lot of negative things to say about Box, it's a software that does what it promises, although I do have a few things that I would like to point out. Firstly, I dislike that it takes a long time to upload files to the platform, this has never happened with any other tool that requires uploading files to work on the cloud, but for some reason, it happens with Box, we usually do file back-ups from time to time and it takes so long that it becomes inconvenient at some point. Secondly, I don't like that some formats are not supported by Box and some formats are supported but the viewer makes it hard to actually work on the file. If they improve these two aspects, I feel like Box could be a top-tier tool for collaboration on the cloud. There is nothing to mention as a dislike about Box. It's a brilliant and exceptional tool for document management. I use Box daily and till today i haven't experienced any challenges so nothing negative to mention about it. I have been using Box for years now and i can't remember anything that disappointed me so nothing to dislike. While Box is a powerful tool, we have experienced that syncing large files is sometimes slow, which can affect operational efficiency.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Google Drive is a pretty good system to be able to improve storage for both personal and business use. The main aspect that I liked about this platform is its connectivity with the Google account, this connectivity and synchronization is very important to be able to maintain a constant storage within this platform, because this synchronization allows you to share files in real time, between the devices that are linked to your Google account. In addition, each of the images, documents or files that you upload from your mobile device, you can see in real time when it is fully uploaded from your computer, this synchronization is immediate and very beneficial for all types of companies. Another thing that I liked about Google Drive is the way in which it allows me to edit all types of documents, without having to download them, in addition, it also allows me to view documents online, without having to download the documents, within my computer, this storage system has an integrated service to be able to view documents online, which is great, since you do not have an application to view documents, you just have to use this cloud service. Another feature that I must highlight is in relation to the prices that this platform handles, the price for hiring more storage space is relatively accessible and very cheap, compared to other cloud storage platforms, I consider that Google Drive has the most affordable prices on the market today, and it is completely secure cloud storage at a price that you will not find anywhere else. It is a secure point of storage and you can block unauthorized access to your files. It has allowed easy sharing of the files , documents and create PDF or cluster your documents for easy access The available space for files storage is limitless. It is affordable costs nothing and very secure in storing both files and documents. Has ability to convert your files into any formats needed either PDFs or any other. Mostly I use Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Forms for my work and it's easy to share and store. Features are very easy to use. Google Drive is one of the better Google apps. I have several device and use it to more files from one device to another. This app has so many important features. Easy to use and user friendly. Cons There are several things that can be improved within Google Drive, the main feature that I did not like is in relation to its general design, the design as a platform is quite simple and very basic for all users, in addition, there is no type of function or way to modify this design, either to change the colors of it or change the general interface of Google Drive, I would like the user interface to be able to be modified to the user's taste, in this way I will be able to use a cloud service, which allows me to modify the design depending on my comfort. Another thing that I did not like about Google Drive is that this platform forces the user to maintain an active and stable Internet connection. At all times, otherwise you will not be able to access any type of document or image stored within your system, in the cloud, this is quite negative, I would like the platform to save very small copies of each of the stored files, in this way each of those files can be accessed, without needing to maintain an active Internet connection, this would be quite good for users who have a poor Internet connection. When too loaded it may get lagging but it doesn't stop it from functioning so that doesn't sound like a dislike whatsoever. I have not encountered any dislike it's as simple as it looks. I do not find anything that I dislike about Google Drive. A great application became useless. When I upload a file from my device, I open drive on other devices and the file is not there. Sometimes it can't upload a single file or photo and it says it's uploading but never upload.
