Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Box is a platform that makes it its priority to be highly secure when uploading files in it and sharing it with others inside and outside of the platform, and I like that I am able to encrypt all files for more security. When working on files inside of the software, I can easily control the security when collaborating with other members and choose what type of access everyone has. Aside from this security aspect, I also like that it's able to integrate with other well-known security tools like Cisco to ensure a better experience in terms of safety. The best functionality of Box, in my opinion, is in its collaboration features, the digital whiteboard is one of them, because it's very easy to annotate things in different manners during a meeting and build ideas with other team members where there is a big creative process going on. There is a space specifically made for creating and working together on projects and I really love that it's possible to access it on a variety of platforms without the files getting altered, the way the mobile application is designed makes it easier to work on it compared to other solutions. In addition to that, the notes feature is such a great tool to obtain a quick overview of what we'll eventually be working on in a certain project. The best i like about Box is how it provides very high security for our sensitive documents. Permission management is an outstanding and fantastic feature which allows us to control who has access to what information. Box makes it extremely easy to manage important and sensitive documents safely and securely in the cloud. It had a simple and user friendly interface which makes it easy to use. It's a cloud-based solution thus making it very easy to access from anywhere anytime. I use Box daily and it's a brilliant and exceptional tool that allows me to easily and safely manage my documents. It has a very clean and intuitive interface making it easy to use. It provides very high security for my files and i highly recommend it. I like how its advanced encryption ensures that our sensitive data is protected during storage and transfer. In addition, permissions management is another outstanding feature, as it allows us to control who has access to what information, minimizing the risk of data leaks. Box also offers flexibility in collaboration that allows teams to work together efficiently. Cons I don't have a lot of negative things to say about Box, it's a software that does what it promises, although I do have a few things that I would like to point out. Firstly, I dislike that it takes a long time to upload files to the platform, this has never happened with any other tool that requires uploading files to work on the cloud, but for some reason, it happens with Box, we usually do file back-ups from time to time and it takes so long that it becomes inconvenient at some point. Secondly, I don't like that some formats are not supported by Box and some formats are supported but the viewer makes it hard to actually work on the file. If they improve these two aspects, I feel like Box could be a top-tier tool for collaboration on the cloud. There is nothing to mention as a dislike about Box. It's a brilliant and exceptional tool for document management. I use Box daily and till today i haven't experienced any challenges so nothing negative to mention about it. I have been using Box for years now and i can't remember anything that disappointed me so nothing to dislike. While Box is a powerful tool, we have experienced that syncing large files is sometimes slow, which can affect operational efficiency.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Just do what it's supposed to. Easy to install. Capable of setting different policy for age of each backup. One price for multiple devices. Ability to backup to local disk and Cloud in same time. Wide variety of sources to backup. Easy recovery for File backup. It enables an automated backup platform to add a duplicate copy of important data. Seamless data restore process. Auto data encryption. It offers a scheduled auto backup solution for business data. It also gives data encryption and compression to make more space for it. Easy web access. Carbonite gives a personal cloud backup space for very few bucks. Easy to install and configure. Protects from many different malware attacks. Data recovery is also very easy. It provides remote access features which you can remotely wipe your data. Cons On server side needs frequent check to make sure service won't stop, running a watchdog service would be right thing to do. Restore can take long time. Constant disconnection from o365. No option for modern authentication to office365. Need frequent attention to make sure backups running properly. I never encountered any problems with it. It's an overall perfect tool for me. Nothing to share about cons. The data migration feature doesn't support many integrations.
