	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros BotUp is a self-service tool designed for building chatbots, virtual assistants, and other types of conversational interfaces. I was able to build and launch my chatbot with just a few clicks in the cloud-based environment. BotUp has features like custom domains, webhooks and Zaps, CRM integration, and more. Cons It would be helpful if they could add more details to the dashboard. Aside from that, I am very satisfied with BotUp performance.
