Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - The support is friendly and efficient - The platform is under constant development . - It has many integrations. - The interface is easy to use. BotSailor makes it easy to manage all our messaging channels in one place. We mostly use it to automate WhatsApp and Facebook. The broadcast feature helps us run campaigns and follow up with customers, and the visual flow builder lets anyone on our team set up automation, even if they don't have technical skills. The white-label option is great for agencies or anyone reselling chatbot services. The shared inbox helps our support team reply faster since they don't have to switch between different platforms. Customer support has always replied quickly to our questions, especially when we were getting started. Basically, I am using it for social media posting and comment automation. And, the good thing is, it costs me nothing. Beyond this, I have used basic paid plan twice for WhatsApp broadcasting. What I felt that it was easy to set up and there were a lot of options for integrations. Cons Nothing, I'm really happy with the app, I recommend 100% is a game changer solution. The dashboard can feel a bit slow when working with large broadcast lists. I’d also like to see more third-party integrations in the future to help with complex workflows. 1. when someone posted any comment with emoji on my associated Facebook page, botsailor's auto reply failed. 2. In case of carousel posting, sometimes it delayed longer
