We engage regularly with a wide variety of stakeholders so having Borealis has helped us track this data, as well as manage stakeholders via its categorisation, location and assessment features. It has a whole range of useful capabilities, including website API integration, smart communications and data analytics and the overall system is very user friendly. The tailored customer support is excellent and we received a supportive onboarding experience. The team at Borealis are always so helpful and it’s been a pleasure working with them. Borealis offers a comprehensive suite of features that truly support effective stakeholder management. The ability to create detailed stakeholder profiles, track interactions, map stakeholders geographically, and generate customized reports has been invaluable. The engagement tracking and task management functionalities help keep our team aligned and accountable. What stood out was the onboarding and customer success experience. The teams were exceptionally supportive, responsive, and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand our specific needs, guided us through the setup process clearly, and ensured we were fully equipped to make the most of the tool.
