Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It does so many things, billing, crm, nps, dashboards. One tool for everything, which is so much better than 7 tools for different things. Armatic stands for accounts receivable automatic, and that's pretty much the core value prop. It starts with our Sales Team sending & getting esignatures on our SOWs. From there, Armatic is the billing solution that keeps us on top of all invoices, subscriptions, payments, and renewals. There's a lot of functionality here too, around Customer Lifecycle -- you can run Cadences, SAT Surveys, NPS surveys, etc. Armatic delivers a powerful tool to my organization, solving process problems which once required oversight of many stakeholders. Armatic's ability to automate much of the customer journey allows for improved client satisfaction on top of improved invoice processing, cash flow (DSO). Cons Honestly, it’s a great tool and they are constantly listening to feedback. There's a ton in the software. I don't like the feeling that I can't get to it all-- but that says more about me than the software. We're using like 1/3 of what the platform is capable of. Armatic is often on the cutting edge of integrations and feature deployment, it can occasionally impact the ease of use. This is a small set back which their support more than makes up for. Cons That said, Zoho One does come with a learning curve. Because there are so many applications and configuration options, implementation and optimisation can take time, especially for businesses without internal technical knowledge or an experienced Zoho partner. Some apps feel more polished and mature than others, and certain advanced integrations or automations may require custom development or Zoho Creator to achieve the desired outcome. I wish I could have better and bigger integrations to share my business development reports, this way I could store them in a much safer place instead of having them emailed and then to another platform. Since the time I've been using Zoho this has been the best update, and with the passing of the updates the support team has improved their customer service a lot more. The price packages are very well encompassed, but they could have new and better prices that allow offering variety to new companies, and they can access this platform that does everything and in everything. It would be ideal to be able to access Zoho without an internet connection, an idea that has arisen is the need to advance work in budget loads or organization of work in a non-online way, but it does not give this option, it would be ideal to be able to do it and then Charge when you have internet connection. This function would give us room and space to take much more advantage of our work time outside the office and advance pending issues on the platform. Although Zoho offers this new interface with a new and detailed look at all the CRM marketing and management functions, it can become too complex to manage the tasks to be done, without a doubt it is what we needed, to converge all the dynamics in one, but it could adjust to a lighter experience, with this platform the work is not very fluid and quite dense, we have to take a lot of time to dedicate to the platform and that everything goes as we wish, it takes time to adapt to how abrasive it can be to handle so many things in one but I think that so far we have been achieving very well. We cannot ask any more from Zoho at this point. Even though a few apps are not at par with the top most competition Zoho One is a respectable office suite with plenty of great apps. It's an entirely new ecosystem and for new users it may take for transition from G Suite or Office 365. Many tools are of no use for me but I need to pay because of the bundle limitation.
