Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Must-have for franchise-based business, operations and reporting. Easy to track issues in the field, take photos and follow up. Cons The software supports 22 languages. It supports most European languages, Arabic, Korean, and Japanese. But Russian and Chinese are not supported.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Intuitive with a fair amount of features. I like the ability to see exactly where our employees are in the process of working through a service ticket. Advance notice to next customer is good especially if running late. Like the Check In / Check Out feature so we can know which employee has which tool and what customer they’re using it for Cons Not sure of any cons right now. It did take a couple of days to learn the many features but that goes to how many there are!
