Bigin is a simple to use CRM which is designed for startups to keep all the customer interaction at a single place. No prior experience of CRM is required to use this software. It is best for people who are migrating from Excel seats to some sort of software. Bigin is available on multi-platform, it's a very intuitive CRM tool. It offers a clean user interface to track your sales. It also gives you call and messaging feature direct form this tool. Cons I never encountered any problem with this platform. It is simple to use and collects customer interaction at a single place. The features are limited but useful. Performs as promised. It offers a great CRM tool to manage for small businesses.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Helps to organize sales, marketing, project and support teams at the same place. It offers segmented email marketing. Shares overview of every point of business. Tons of business tools integration options are available. Pipeline visualization for sales segments. The application provides automation tools for sales processes, including: contact management, account management and market opportunity management. In addition, it has a basic collaboration system that features conversations and publishing of interest to active project members. Works well and is pretty easy to use and set up for your business. Doesn't take much to get it running. Cons First few days of onboarding this platform seems complicated due to its UI. The platform of this application is very basic, but it can be very poor compared to others, it is also slow when performing certain tasks. Likewise, it does not include media outreach tools as it does not integrate a social networking section. It also does not allow us to attach files to the exposed tasks. I think there could be more advanced features for a CRM.
