eMembership is labor union software, built for the way locals actually run. It brings member records, dues, employers, contracts, grievances, organizing, dispatch, communications, and member self-service into one system, so your staff can stop juggling spreadsheets and disconnected tools. More than 55 labor unions across the US and Canada run on eMembership, and most of them are locals. The platform has 18 configurable modules, including Member Management, Employer Management, Contract Management, Member and Employer Payments and Billing, Grievances, Organizing, Dispatch, Call Center, Meetings and Events, Surveys and Votes, Integrated Email and Text, Electronic Signatures, and Reports and Queries. We configure every implementation to your union's bylaws, contracts, and structure. eMembership handles classification-based dues across multiple contracts and multi-employer remittance. Grievances follow the steps in your contract, with deadline reminders routed to the assigned rep, and DOL-compliant electronic voting is built in. Members get a native iOS and Android app and a web portal. Both sync with your staff system in real time, so members can pay dues, update their information, and check their status without calling the hall. Winmill Software has been in business since 1994. We built the first version of eMembership in 2008, and we still build, run, and support it today. eMembership runs on infrastructure Winmill owns and operates inside a SOC 1 and SOC 2 audited, ISO 27001 certified facility, with HIPAA Security Rule and PCI DSS compliance maintained for the eMembership environment. We take care of the servers, security patches, monitoring, and nightly encrypted offsite backups, so your team can focus on members. Every engagement starts with a fixed-scope, fixed-price Discovery Project. Your data migrates into a parallel environment your staff validates, and nothing goes live until your team signs off. After launch, two scheduled releases a year are included in your subscription, and our US-based team provides support backed by defined response targets. Pricing follows the modules you use, with no per-seat or per-member fees, so adding members or staff never raises your software bill.

Build the forms, portals, documents, eSignatures, surveys, and workflows your business needs while keeping Salesforce at the center of it all. Titan brings these experiences into a single Salesforce-first platform, with data connected to Salesforce in real time rather than creating another place for it to live. Give customers, partners, and employees secure ways to interact with Salesforce. Collect and update information through dynamic forms, build branded portals, generate documents from Salesforce data, collect signatures, run surveys, and automate complex business processes. For forms and portals, Titan AI Studio gets you to a strong first version faster. Describe what you need in plain language and Titan creates the structure, fields, styling, and Salesforce mapping. Then refine the details in the visual builder. Titan AI understands your Salesforce data model, including objects, fields, and relationships, without accessing sensitive Salesforce record data. You get AI-assisted speed while staying in control of what gets built and how it works. Experience Studio and Document Studio bring these capabilities together, giving Salesforce teams one platform to build and manage customer-facing experiences, documents, and business processes.

BrandMail®, developed by BrandQuantum, is a software solution that seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Outlook to empower every employee in the organization to automatically create consistently branded emails via a single toolbar that provides access to brand standards and the latest pre-approved content. Develop email signatures in line with your brand specifications which look consistent, no matter which device or platform they are viewed on. Your signatures are tamper-proof and centrally managed. More importantly, users see their signatures, banners and surveys when they create, reply or forward emails. BrandMail does not reroute your emails via any external servers and does not append rules to your exchange environment. It works directly within Microsoft Outlook. Leverage every email as an opportunity to brand consistently and minimize the security risks associated with the tampering of HTML signatures.
