Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing that other systems cant deliver despite the promises at the start by the salesman, typical pressure tactics to get you to sign up on that day should have raised alarm bells. Tracking feature is fantastic. Allows you to monitor the teams location to in turn keep the client updated. The teams live speed and driving habits are also shown on the tracking feature. You can run a wide range of reports. Very friendly technicians who are always there to help. Being able to manage the business flow from client lead to invoice within one system. - CRM - Plan Schedule Dispatch - Road Crew Support - Alerting Very easy to change over to from our old time taking system to BigChange! Made all our jobs easier in the back office and also made my company more efficient. The BigChange system is how we run the whole company. We send jobs, track jobs, track timing, engineers, send invoices, track finances etc. etc. Cons Big Change, BIG promises that they fail to deliver, no help with transition from an existing system and no help at all (unless you pay extra of course) with the bespoke elements of the system that they claim during the sales and onboarding process will be no problem to integrate. As soon as you sign up and the pro-forma and direct debits have been arranged you struggle to hear from anyone. This system has cost my company a fortune and we are going back to our original system as its was far more user friendly and efficient, I will ask all of my staff members to provide an honest non -biased review of Big Change where it relates to their particular user experiences in their various roles, this has been a Big Mistake for a VERY EXPENSIVE system that fails to deliver. I have not come across anything that I don't like. Improvement can be made within the stock movements. I wish we had this system in earlier knowing now how much it would benefit our company. The ergonomics of the system can be improved slightly, but this is the only thing I can see wrong with it.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Invoicing works. Scheduling gets done. Not touching inventory or other features until it looks like they take their own program and feedback seriously. As others have noted, ECI bought a couple of years ago, and things haven't been honkey-dory. ThermoGrid is a well rounded software that is constantly evolving. From invoicing to keeping track of your customer base, it does it. I like being able to tailor it to fit my needs. Does everything i need. Support is phenomenal when needed. Techs in the field find it easy to use. Customers love the service. You can set pricing based on a GPM. The trainers and sales people are great! Clients can pay and sign via email. You can upload pics and you can give 6 options but is time consuming Being able to easily change criterion to receive excellent spot on results every time. Being able to have a beautiful presentation for homeowners. Cons 1)I have not been able to get a response from customer service at all. Ticket response- nope. Email response- nope. Phone- goes straight to voicemail. No call back. Tried multiple days/times. 2) Non-working elements of program, but can't a hold of support to discuss. 3) Every bunch of months a slight change is noted as an upgrade. Almost like they have to show they are actually doing something, so have some small random change once or twice a year. 4) ui and functions feels ancient. ie there's no master search. I feel the support and training could be better. They are very thorough in their reply and call you back pretty quickly, just not a fan waiting. Haven't found an issue that didn't get resolved. any cons that have been found previously were quickly fixed. No training videos that lead you to call in, they own so many software companies that anyone who answers can't help you, so then they make a ticket and someone will reply to ask questions. The reply is usually within 24 hrs but if you are a home service company you need answers right away. They have very few trainers (who are great and very helpful) which leads them to have find time to help you. They could use short videos to help the trainers. The software is very in depth and does lots which is very hard to remember it all going through their video/Google Meets/Zoom demonstrations. Some of the printouts are excessively lengthy. Per user price model.
