Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Great team, Excellent support, Has generated additional sales for the business by bringing our events to our customers with ease Easy to use for staff and admin Easy to use for customers Great support if we have any questions or issues We loved how easy it was to set-up Beyonk, especially as we had no online ticket system before. Beyonk is really easy to use for both us at the venue and the user. The support is also really helpful. We find the system really useful for upselling events, managing our season ticket holders and our day to day sales. Easy to use, constantly evolving software, the staff are always very friendly and supportive with great personalised support for our business. Beyonk is an easy booking system for our customers to use. It has been easy to integrate into our website. It's very useful to be able to see easily how many tickets are sold daily and for what time. Cons Can't say there are any, the system is more than capable of handing any event. The only thing I would add is the ability to more easily change the capacity of multiple timeslots at once The only thing I can think of is the reports to be a little more user friendly. It would be great to get information on most viewed products, once that then get a sale ect but I'm sure this is in development. There are some features missing, such a being able to bulk move a day of bookings.
