Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Initially, I was hesitant in using time tracking software for my team but Backlsh is more like analyzing your own faults. Backlsh offers a feature to employees where they can even see where they are spending time, their productive and nonproductive areas helping them to plan better. Cons Well it has been 3 months since I am using Backlsh and yet not found any fault. Yeah but would like to suggest an up-gradation of tracking GPS locations too		Pros from Real Users Pros Very good for companies with remote work - now we can see precisely what is going on in our company, also we are very satisfied with employee monitoring
