Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros In my work we currently implement Vembu for our customers, and Vembu has greatly improved the level of security for our consumers in general. It is fast, easy to use and has attributes that most exceptional backup solutions also have no major difficulties in using. We and our customers are very happy with Vembu. Cons After a vembu web server is synchronized with an online account and, for one reason or another, the administrator's requirements to synchronize the server with an additional online account, the administrator has only a few options. It uninstalls and reinstalls the product to change the web server id and synchronizes with an online account or has a technology support to manually transform it into the data source for them. The other option is not saved, so most of the time, administrators will certainly just uninstall and reinstall, which is often turbulent. The recovery of the vembu web server is complex and would also require an administrator in deep knowledge of how to recover the server.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Customizable solutions. Support team is always responsive and reliable. Great new addition of cybersecurity MDR services! We have been using Gridway/Storagepipe-Ottawa for our IT Solutions for many years. We receive excellent customer service, sales and technical support from them always. We have done many projects over the last few years and always with great success. We appreciate Storagepipe (formerly Gridway) as our go-to source for IT support and help desk for our national, non-profit association. They spend the time that is needed to solve our technical issues, and they will also make housecalls to our office as needed. I've been dealing with GridWay (acquired by Storagepipe) for a number of years and they are a one-stop shop for all your business IT needs. Their personnel bring up-to-date technical skills to every project and IT issue and their sales team works with you to provide what you need without any over-selling. The helpdesk is a critical part of our daily IT infrastructure and continues to be a valuable resource to all our network users. Storagepipe expertly handled all of the necessary requirements with ease and professionalism and have proactively anticipated future needs while readily responding to any questions or additional requests. Cons Can’t really think of any! Awesome team, awesome work! No cons that I can think of, if an issue comes up the team is always there to provide support and solutions for us. There really isn't anything that comes to mind at this time. Nothing comes to mind. There will always be IT issues of varying degrees and GridWay has always been there to find a solution that suits our business needs. None.
