	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like that I can clone events and copy things easily. I like the ability to look back in the calendar to see my events, too. Trumba can do more than I ask it to, really. I’ve been using it since 2006, embedding it in a collection of classic car websites I manage, and it improves every year with new features. Once it’s set up on a site, the interface is so easy to use to add or modify events. I love that users can choose their calendar views, set up reminders, set up alerts to be told when an event is updated or changed, and forward the event to friend. I love that you can mark an event as cancelled — very useful to let users know this, rather than just delete it. I love the embedded maps, and the ability to add multiple links for both registration and firther online info about an event. Trumba is fairly easy to navigate and has useful features for managing and organizing events. It keeps event information in one place, making it convenient to view and update details. The customization options are also helpful, especially for creating calendars that fit different needs. Easy to use and navigate Great for organizing and managing events Makes it easy to share and publish event information Helpful calendar and scheduling features Reliable and saves time when managing multiple events Since most of our events are similar, I like being able to duplicate them. I also like utilizing the RSVP feature. Cons I don't really have any complaints, as I said. I don't use this all that much or have much input as to how it was set up. There is some complication to setting it up, which is to be expected, since it is feature-filled, and offers a lot of options. Frankly, a lot of the fault for this is my own, as I haven’t spent the time I need to in order tolearn some of the newer features. The overall interface could use a more modern and polished appearance. Some of the colors feel a little plain and could be updated with a more attractive and consistent palette. The layout could also be cleaner, with better spacing and organization to make important information easier to notice. Some features may take a little time to understand for new users. The overall design and interface could use some improvement. It feels a little dated and could be more modern, visually appealing, and intuitive. Some features could be easier to find or more streamlined. I don't have cons to discuss. I do wish I could create a private calendar that can only be viewed internally. It would also be great to have capability to create customized links that will only display certain types of events.
