Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The layout is nice. It is very interactive. I have enjoyed using this product so far and hope to continue using it. Ayoa really helps my coworkers and I stay on task remotely. We are able to send messages and track progress and it is not invasive of everyones individual work schedule. Helps me organize my thoughts - easily! I like the style and the way it displays. Creating new maps is easy due to the menu layout and short cuts. Having everything in one place was a big draw (Mindmap, diagrams, kanban) that said there is still plenty of improvements that are needed to make those elements flow together. The canvas feature, where you can arrange your to-do list into bubbles grouped by category, is awesome. The orange and red tags for Priority or Importance draw my eye to the things I need to get done first. Things that I have checked off don't disappear immediately but instead, turn a darker color for a few days before disappearing which allows me to pat myself on the back a bit. Cons It can be a little complex. I need a product that is simple. I really preferred the previous name DropTask. Ayoa seems a little weird and my brain has a hard time remembering it. I often still refer to it as DropTask. It's not too easy to change fonts and to add pictures. Improving that functionality would help me. Cons/suggestions: Mindmapping formats are very limited. speed map is very limited and doesn't allow you to move nodes to other nodes. Organic does, but I don't like the look of organic. Diagram is not usable for me. Moving lists to a Kanban doesn't really work well. I want to move individual items from a list to a specific category. I don't seem to have the option. Get rid of the "my planner", it just competes with the Kanban function and not very well. I want to be able to add subtask in my Kanban planner. I also want to set individual due dates to a checklist item in a task. Also, categories should have the option to set a background for the entire category. Imagain a red column, green column, orange column. To be competitive with Trello you will have to really mature the workflow portion of Ayoa. I am coming from using Trello for years. White board links should allow to choose some type of image or icon for that link. I don't like the icon that is pulled in by the URL. I wish the canvas view was the default option rather than having to change from the workflow view every time.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Taskade has really helped our team collaborate more efficiently on projects and task completion. I love the communication features such as chat and calling. Also, one of the best things about it is the ability to view any project under different views such as board view or simple document view. Or even calendar view! There is a ton of flexibility as well in being able to format it however works for you or your team. Think of it as a much simpler and easy to use version of Notion. I really like the mind-mapping tool. Free version is pretty good on its own, and paid version is really affordable. There's mobile, desktop, and browser versions, which means your team of people can access it no matter what. I haven't found any glitching on the PC version. There's some templates available for you to download. You can make calls and organize everything pretty easily. It's really simple to use an easy to download. There's no learning curve with this, which is great if your team includes people who are less tech savvy. Taskade is a very handy collaborate task management tool. It offers great power to the team to manage remotely. You can also host meetings, User-interface is intuitive. Team chat is great. #1- Instant messaging communication option for remote teams. #2- Best task organizer and project planner platform. #3- Easy to Collaborate and track work progress. #4- Intuitive tasks adding option. Very easy to use and same to create task and notes. The app is very clean and organized. It's very easy to edit the added tasks. Just single click needed to add members on task. Cons The one downside of using this platform is the lack of third party integration. Other project management tools such as Trello allow for a ton of third party integrations to make your workflow a lot easier. You can set up some integrations through Zapier, but having direct third party integration with a lot of platforms would make this tool even better. Aesthetically, it feels like it needs work. You can tell that it was designed more for a mobile users than use on a computer, just by the way it looks. I think it needs some updating visually. I assumed the "apps" section on the website might lead to some apps it can connect with, but it's just the download page showing what devices/computers you can use it on. Not really a problem with the software, but probably should be renamed. I haven't gotten the templates to work quite right. Nothing you share about cons. Worked great for me. #1- No cons, We had an overall positive experience with the Taskade. Not every app is perfect for everyone, this app lacks many integration options.
