	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I really enjoy using the Tookan platform because it is fully customizable and it is able to be to be white-labeled. Tookan excels in streamlining delivery operations with its comprehensive suite of features. The platform offers robust route optimization, real-time tracking, and seamless integration with various systems, significantly enhancing operational efficiency. The interface is intuitive, making it accessible for all tech levels. Additionally, customer support is responsive and helpful, providing timely assistance. It is very easy and intuitive to use for the app user. Easy to configure for the administrator, you can create your customized forms, allows you to modify everything you see inside the agent app, from the information you enter, photos, signatures, videos, images, among many others. Excellent monitoring. Includes a very good real time analysis dashboard. Allows you to download all the information in a very easy way to go further in analyzing results and creating new strategies. This app is amazing and is easy to use, I like the design and all the information is easy to find. Never have major issue with it. It is easy to use, has very useful location and tracking plugins, accessible on cell phones and computers. Cons Time capture features doesn’t meet my current needs. None. The platform meets its expectations, offering comprehensive tools and support without significant drawbacks. For us we have had a great experience so far, we hope to continue in this way. Some time if there is a unit number at the front it will bring me to a different location After a certain number of months the information cannot be extracted from the tickets.
