Pros from Real Users Pros I love that the Axero support team is quick to respond to private cases that I create with questions or requests my team has. They have a very active support team that is diligent about finding answers and coaching my team through issues we may encounter. I like that Axero provides a rather robust user experience for site administrators and has extreme customization available for user permissions within Communifire. So many features, a bit daunting at first but you get the feel for it. It's well organized and the interface is mostly intuitive. Ease of general use, scalability, and their overall support are definite pros to Axero. They usually resolve issues within minutes of the initial ask. Program comes generally ready to use with different widgets to customize each space - Allows for integration with Microsoft platform for connection to One Drive - Easy to navigate platform which offers easy permission setup. Positive feedback from users, organized and easy to navigate, responsive customer support, many different features to incorporate, and sleek designs. Our organization has needed to use the Communifire platform for projects, rather than departments, and with a multitude of customizations that has essentially redesigned much of the system - and it still works! But we couldn't have done it without the support team. They are so helpful and always eager to help. Plus, there are 100's of videos, articles, anything to help find the answers we need. * Very customizable -- can use CSS overrides (if you have a software developer/coder on staff) * Amazingly responsive support site * Can turn most features on/off I am a project assistant for AiArthritis, a nonprofit. The software is super customizable which has been awesome for our organization! Customer Support is fantastic! They are very timely, knowledgable, and answer questions or assist us with customization graciously. Support team is quick to respond and can bring on team members with various areas of expertise to help quickly resolve problems or provide answers, etc. Client Success Managers seem sincerely invested in helping customers find solutions. The Axero Support site has a great vault of questions/answers/how-to videos & instructions, and it’s easy to post a question, report a bug, or suggest a new feature. The training Axero provided is what enabled me to become a successful site manager, I did not receive platform management training from my company. The support team is always able to find a solution and very quickly.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Zoho Connect is the essential service for a large group of employees to easily connect, share ideas, generate discussions and have a fluent conversation at all times, the first thing I liked about this platform is the ability it has to allow me to create a wall As a company, this wall is quite beneficial for me, since within this section you can create various publications, have reactions to publications, comment on publications, share important company material through this medium, it helps all employees stay informed about the latest information that has been shared regarding the company. In addition, I love that this platform has extensive integration when doing collaborative work, this platform provides me with a section where I can work as a team, share files, share documents related to an activity, integrate it with the calendar, these groups They provide me with the perfect space to be able to meet with my work team and to be able to enhance results by constantly working and collaborating. Zoho Connect is a very effective tool that helps me to increase team collaboration. I can also mention that it is a very versatile tool, easy to handle, uncomplicated, and with a great variety among its functionalities. I have been able to make long-distance remote connections and create internal conferences quickly. This software has an essential tool, and it is about the calendar of events since I can have everything measured and with a wide range of facilities around the planning objectives. Zoho Connect app supports multi-platforms. It gives you a place to collaborate with a team and share your ideas. You can also share files with real-time conversation system. It increases teamwork efforts and group skills. Cons Registration within Zoho Connect is completely free, which allows new users to use the platform at no cost, however, this free version is one of the first things that I did not like about this platform, this free version is extremely limited, it has limits on the number of posts you can create on your business wall, in addition, it also limits the number of participants that may be in a collaborative work area, which greatly limits large-scale participation in a specific activity, my My opinion is that this free version should expand its limits and allow many more users to test the platform more fully. The other problem that I got is that the integrated editors for documents are not so complete, which causes the user to not be able to modify both Word files or documents or PowerPoint presentations, these built-in editors by default are quite basic and do not allow professional editing. a document within Zoho Connect. It should be noted that the program seems to me very bold and simplifies our objectives to the point of doing an excellent job; it is aligned to the communication between departments impeccably. It offers a great platform to collaborate with the team.
