About

RoEx Automix is a web-based and desktop audio production tool for musicians, artists and producers. It analyzes multitrack stems and creates a mix by setting levels, panning, equalization, compression and effects, then can master the result or master a finished stereo track. Users can preview mixes, adjust stem importance and levels, and use Mix Console controls for further changes. Automix supports up to 16 tracks on the free plan and up to 32 with Pro. It can export processed audio and editable project files for compatible digital audio workstations, including Ableton Live, Bitwig Studio and Fender Studio. Desktop editions for macOS and Windows process mixing and mastering locally; the browser version runs as a cloud service. Free previews are available, with paid download credits and subscription plans for additional downloads and features.

About

Audio mastering that works, you just have to listen to it. After your audio file has been received, the mastering engine analyzes and applies just the right amount of various audio processing ingredients to make it powerful and crystal clear. In a matter of minutes you will be able to hear the difference, from this step you can buy the master or retouch it with some simple options if it has not been to your liking. We are a team of passionate musicians, researchers, and audio engineers. Our mission is to make high-quality audio mastering affordable for all musicians around the world. Our flexible pricing plan is suitable for all needs. You can choose the pay-as-you-go option if you want to pay every time you use the service or save using a subscription plan. You will always get hi-res masters, either 24bit Wav or 320kbps MP3 files. Access your tracks anywhere, on any device.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • Not much. You upload a track, tweak a few things and the end result sounds different. It didn't sound better to my ears - just more processed, which wasn't to my liking.

Cons

  • The subscription model has been described by people on Trust Pilot as a scam. It certainly seems like a subscription trap to me. I am fairly careful with online subscriptions and I found myself being charged for a second year after missing a solitary reminder email sent just 7 days prior to deducting a fairly hefty sum for something I only used once a year earlier. To make it worse they then cancelled my subscription preventing me from mastering any more tracks even if I wanted to (which I didn't).
