Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing, I am so sad and disappointed I will never use again huge learning experience for me because I'm surprised. None! They took my money for a yearly subscription and then they cancelled the subscription. No Pros! Did not use services as I thought trial period had been cancelled, very misleading and more likely a scam than a business. At first it was great, until I actually start a drop shipping. Read my negative review if you want the truth. Nothing. They take your money with no receipts or explanation of multiple hidden charges and then refuse to refund Cons They took thousands of dollars of my money without my permission in my credit card and i'm in HUGE DEBT they charged me randomly up to 10 times of and they ruined and gave me bad reviews on my store ! PLEASE I BEG DO NOT USE !!!!! IM IN DEBT AND CONTACTING MY CARD to help me because they scam people of thousands . Its honestly sad.. I had a trial period of 14 days with the company, followed by being charged US$600 for an annual subscription. Apparently, when I signed up for the 14 days, they choose whatever subscription they want for you! I didn't even use this platform. Therefore, I put in a dispute with PayPal. After this, I could not even log on to the auto DS platform website because they cancelled the subscription. This company is a scam and they are ripping off people. I ended up getting my money back through my Australian bank as this kind of activity is illegal in Australia!!!! I recently encountered an issue with a company's trial period and subsequent charges. Despite my understanding that the trial period had been canceled, I was unexpectedly charged $557 AUD several months later. The cancellation process was unclear, and I received no prior notification that the trial period was about to expire. This experience was highly disappointing and misleading. I would advise caution when dealing with this company, as their practices may not be as transparent as one might expect. I thought AutoDS seemed like a great solution, but it turned out to be a nightmare. Here’s how they scammed me: Within just a few days of using the app, they blocked my account for no reason right after I got my first order. When I reached out to customer service, all I received were generic responses that didn't address my issues. They couldn’t tell me why my account was blocked, where my money went, or how to get a refund for the hundreds of dollars they took from my account without my permission. I invested a lot of time finding products, listing them, and gathering reviews. When I finally made my first sale, they couldn’t fulfill it because the address was a PO Box. Then, they blocked my account and didn’t return the $789.63 they took from me. I don’t usually write reviews, especially negative ones, unless something is really bad. But I feel compelled to warn others. AutoDS will steal your money. It’s completely unfair. I’m willing to update this review if they refund my $789.63, but until then, stay away from this company. They are a money grabbing company with unethical practices in my opinion	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We chose BizAutomation due to the company's website, which made a convincing argument about why a single version vs their prime competitors was important, not something I had on my radar before I ventured into ERP. The fact that they're the anti-BigTech ERP, privately owned and gets involved in each implementation to guarantee success in an industry known for failed projects was also a plus. Sure enough, during the implementation they were very helpful and provided enhancements I wasn't expecting. To make a long story short, I recommend them. If you're looking for POS for brick and mortar retail, I'd say there are other solutions better suited to that particular task, but for a total solution, I give them two big thumbs up. This software is easy to learn to use. You can import data from customer, vendors, items, etc. Screen formats can be customized to what you want to see. The BizAutomation team really worked with us to develop a system that would help us use the same program for our Canadian and US offices. Cons Documentation could have been better but in the end it didn't really matter because of how support is handled. Forms are a little hard to work on although they have other who will create the form of your choice. I just like to do my own design. Any issues we had, we were able to work with Biz to find solutions.
