Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros For a SaaS, it's fast. That's about it. I have no other pros. Cons Navigating this software is challenging. It is not intuitive, it's clunky and it seems you have to create work-arounds for what should be pretty normal situations (like crediting a patron without a refund). Screens are overcrowded with options, and finding what you're looking for quickly is not a common scenario. Also, there is a terrible error loop that customers experience when booking from the calendar of events on a mobile device. I regularly get box office calls with people who are stuck in that loop. I went on myself and was able to confirm, there is a major issue with mobile booking. The support page is also great and I can always find everything that I am looking for. Even if I lose my tickets, I can get to the URL because of their easy support page. I have had a very positive experience with Eventix. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for users without technical knowledge. Creating and managing events is straightforward, and the ticketing process is smooth for both organizers and attendees. I also appreciate the clean design, the useful features for event management, and the responsive customer support. Overall, it has helped me save time and manage events more efficiently. Fast reliable and easy to buy its a good website also easy for older generations to understand how it works good flow, clean design, nice colors, good explanations. overall i had no confusion and things went smoothly Very clear to see all the necessary info. This makes it very easy to make your choice and reservation. This professionalism ensures that you can trust this site. Cons None, the only thing is the ticket pricing which Eventix has no influence in. I did not encounter any major issues while using Eventix. Some advanced customization options could be expanded, but this did not affect my overall experience with the platform. Everything was perfect nothing to complain about . hidden costs. its was a surprise, it would be cool to show everything from the beginning - it would reduce a frustration in the end It would help if on page 1 the remark is added that you can click the 'further' button without committing yourself yet.
