About

AtlasX is a real estate deal and pipeline management platform built for commercial real estate investment teams. It centralizes deal flow, relationships, documents, and workflows into a single system so teams can manage acquisitions more efficiently. Teams use AtlasX to track deals, manage due diligence workflows, and automatically capture and structure data from emails, offering memorandums, and files using AI. This reduces manual data entry and keeps pipeline information accurate and up to date. The platform combines CRM functionality with deal management, eliminating the need for spreadsheets and disconnected tools. AtlasX is used across acquisitions, debt originations, development, and asset management teams.

About

CRE Assets is a web-based commercial real estate investment management platform for sponsors, syndicators, fund managers and owner-operators. It brings deal preparation, investor relations, subscriptions, property information and distributions into one workflow. Sponsors can organize offerings and deal rooms, track prospects and commitments, collect subscription documents and e-signatures, record accreditation evidence, and calculate class-based waterfalls. A branded investor portal gives limited partners access to holdings, documents, distribution history and tax materials. The platform also includes fund and property management workspaces, deal-level accounting, reporting and AI-assisted underwriting. Investors and residents can use sponsor-provided portals through a responsive browser interface.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • AtlasX stands out for its focus on real estate acquisitions pipeline management and workflow organization. The platform presents itself as a centralized system for tracking deals, maintaining institutional knowledge, and improving collaboration across teams. I also liked the emphasis on automating pipeline and deal management tasks, which can help reduce manual work and keep investment decisions better documented.

Cons

  • The platform looks promising, but there can still be a learning curve when adopting a system focused on acquisitions workflow and team collaboration. Some firms may need time to adapt their existing processes into the platform, and the value will depend on how well the implementation matches internal real estate workflows and team needs.
