	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Intuitive with a fair amount of features. I like the ability to see exactly where our employees are in the process of working through a service ticket. Advance notice to next customer is good especially if running late. Like the Check In / Check Out feature so we can know which employee has which tool and what customer they’re using it for Cons Not sure of any cons right now. It did take a couple of days to learn the many features but that goes to how many there are!
