About We offer two asset tracking solutions, depending on whether or not you require integration with our asset management suite. Assetware Tracker is integrated with and utilizes the AssetWare Manager asset database. ASSETTRACKER® is a stand-alone solution that maintains it’s own asset database and does not require any of our other products to function. Both products enable clients to add, track and dispose of assets. The desktop application is the control center where information is retrieved from the source data and then sent to the handheld barcode or RFID scanners. The handheld units allow for asset additions, movements, transfers, disposals and goods received to be recorded quickly and easily. In addition to all of this functionality, our asset tracking solutions enable you to complete a full physical asset audit of the asset register displaying progress with the desktop application.		About Maintainly is a refreshingly simple cloud-based CMMS built for maintenance teams who need to get things done — not spend hours learning complex software. Teams use Maintainly to create, assign, and manage both reactive and preventive work orders, with full support for photos, meter readings, downtime tracking, file uploads, and audit trails. Preventive maintenance schedules run automatically based on time or meter thresholds, so nothing gets missed. Assets are organized into flexible hierarchies, tracked geographically for movable equipment, and accessed instantly by scanning QR codes in the field. Every maintenance event is logged to a full history per asset. Technicians stay on top of tasks through native iOS and Android apps — supporting on-site work order updates, task comments, time logging, and push notifications. Requesters can submit work orders without needing a user account.

		Pros from Real Users Pros easy to use, with not too many features that it becomes confusing to use, seems to be constantly updated. Maintainly has a very simple setup process. Layout and navigation is very intuitive. Seeing tasks and completing work for the users is straightforward and not cumbersome in any way. While remaining simple to use, it still has loads of built in customization and automation options to build robust processes and workflows. As a very small company, we were looking for ease of use for the end user, simplicity and speed in getting setup to start utilizing, and a price point that was not prohibitive to our company's size and needs - and that's what we got with Maintainly. Once everything is inputed , it is a quick and easy app. Easy to create reports monthly. easy to go back and see the work done. Love the option for tags and pictures. Works perfectly with our small company. I like the ease of creating tasks and how easy it is to add checklists. The reports are easy to use and once it is in excel the columns can be modified or deleted to suit your particular needs.
