About

ArkLegal AI is a cloud-based U.S. legal research, document analysis and drafting platform for attorneys, law firms, legal teams, businesses and self-represented users. It supports jurisdiction-aware research across all 50 states and federal courts, citation checks and source links, document review, legal drafting and matter workspaces. Microsoft Word, OneDrive and Clio integrations are included in the Ark plan. Users can research questions, analyze uploaded documents and develop drafts in a browser. Free research and document tools are available alongside paid subscriptions. Founded on December 6, 2025 by practicing attorney Philippe Revah, ArkLegal AI is operated by ARK LEGAL AI LLC in Hallandale Beach, Florida. ArkLegal AI is software, not a law firm. Users should independently review sources, current treatment, citations and drafts before relying on results.

About

FamilyCase.AI is a cloud-based practice-management workspace for solo and small family-law firms. It brings matter records, evidence, deadlines, client communications, intake, billing, and trust-accounting context into a shared attorney workspace and client portal. Its AI assistants support matter preparation and firm administration, including intake follow-up and billing or trust signals; the product presents source-linked facts and holds AI-generated outputs for attorney review rather than making legal decisions or filing automatically. Firms can manage client questionnaires, document review and approvals, evidence sharing, case updates, time and billing workflows, trust ledgers, and matter status. The service also offers onboarding and data migration from other legal practice-management systems. California Family Code review guardrails are included, with attorney verification required.
