	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros AvidXchange has several standout features that make it a popular choice for accounts payable automation - collectively help businesses save time, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.Extensive Integrations integrates well with various accounting and ERP systems, making it adaptable to different business environments I really like the ability to process AP while not physically on location. In a hybrid work environment, it is seamless and managers can sign off on invoices no matter where they are. I also like that there is a digital records trail of the invoices, approvals, and processing. This has been incredibly helpful during audit season. Easy to use, much easier and quicker than processing manual checks! Avid helps with setup and got everything integrated with our software Vantaca I like AvidXChange for its efficiency in processing invoices and payments. It streamlines my workflow, reducing manual data entry and errors. I also appreciate its tracking features, which make it easier to monitor approvals and expenses. Avid provides real time Date and updates. Prevents loss of invoice and miscommunication between everyone involved in the workflow. Cons While AvidXchange has many strengths, there are a few areas where users in my office experienced challenges - Mobile App currently lacks a dedicated mobile app, which can be inconvenient for users who need to manage accounts payable on the go There were some calls to our community partner vendors informing them of the ability to receive payment via ACH, where the person reaching out made it sound like ACH payments were the only option. I had to clarify with our partners that paper checks were an option, but they were under the assumption after the communication that their only option was to accept the ACH form of payment and pay a fee. I reached out to sales and they said this was unacceptable and they would rectify the situation. Since then, I have not received any more complaints. Sometimes if a vendor doesn't receive the check, that creates a hassle as the funds have already been withdrawn from the account. Have to create a stop pay and wait for funds to be returned first before re-issuing new check. I found AvidXChange to be somewhat slow at times, which can be frustrating when processing multiple invoices. The interface isn't always the most user-friendly, and searching for specific invoices or payments could be tedious. Avid does not have a good customer service team to answer unrecognized charges
