Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I can reserve a desk from the mobile app and get notified on Slack to check-in on the day. The platform is also great for things like office deliveries or visitor access. We get notifications when guests check-in, a badge is automatically printed and they get instructions on where to go, everything is really easy. The experience for visitors is great, everything is easy and straightforward. The best part is that the user interface is fully branded and this was something that for us came in their standard plan. Cons The mobile app has a couple of missing features compared to he web version. The reporting features could include more customization options. Some features, like emergency notifications or remote device monitoring are still a bit underdeveloped, they don't affect the main product functionalities but there is room for improvement there.		Pros from Real Users Pros Easy to set up and use. Love the ability to share with my staff. Multiple administrators is also a plus. We have found this valuable in managing a shared meeting room amongst tenants. Making it easy for them to book and check when it is available for them to meet with their own clients. Skedda is really easy to use which I feel is the best feature. Even those who are not great with technology, have no problems using the software. Its also very pleasing to the eye with a clean and simple feel and look! Shows the courts that are booked that day when you log in. Very easy to set up & use. All our members manage to register with ease. Great features - like repeat bookings - which our members use a lot. The free version lets you get up and running, booking multiple spaces and being able to plan ahead. Its so simple to use. The system is excellent. It is super easy to use and has all features we require for our business. The customer service is top-notch, and their helpfulness and speed are brilliant. We started using Skedda a few years ago to coordinate the use of our meeting rooms. Before using Skedda, it proved impossible to avoid double-bookings. Since implementing Skedda, our office is harmonious once again! The ability to manage our staff and their associated booking permissions is second to none. We thought the different rules we have in place might be beyond the capabilities of an online platform however, Skedda is highly customisable!
