About Appraisal-AI is appraisal review software for U.S. banks, appraisal management companies (AMCs) and independent reviewers. Upload a commercial or residential appraisal PDF and the AI review reads the whole report and drafts findings, each cited to the page it came from. A deterministic rules engine then rechecks figures, dates and rents against the report's own financial tables, and a reviewer approves the result before it is delivered. The same upload produces the BRAVE 99-field XLSX for commercial reports, exports financial tables to Excel, flags possible Fair Housing Act bias language, and supports the UAD 3.6 residential format that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac require from November 2026. Reviewers can ask any report a question and get a page-cited answer. Reviews are delivered white-label under your brand, and a Partner API with webhooks connects to existing workflows. Built with MAI-credentialed appraiser input. SOC 2 Type 2 report available under NDA.
