	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We enjoyed using Brown Paper Tickets because of the ease of use and their customer service. We used it for an event running for multiple days and there was no problem. Comprehensive ticketing services. Easy to use even for those with little tech background. Customer support is responsive. No comment. There is no pros to them. They did sell tickets for my show but then kept the money. They still owe me money form my ticket sales form MARCH 2020. Cons I just wish that they could lower their ticket charges for our customers They charge on top of our ticket price but that’s standard practice for all ticketing companies. There were a few times when we couldn’t figure how a particular ticketing option worked but after a quick call to their support staff they showed us how to do it. They absolutely did not provide the service they claim to do. They kept the money from my ticket sales.
