	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use. We were able to get some of our older retired clients to use it. Didn't require a change to our back-office systems. Excellent support. I love being able to tell clients that I have a military-grade security file sharing option. Support is great. UI is clean and views are dynamic. Cons Would have preferred to buy the software online. No free trial. There were some quarks in the functionality. The email function is also a bit clunky.
