    "Solved our communication problem"

    Pros: Easy to use. We were able to get some of our older retired clients to use it. Didn't require a change to our back-office systems. Excellent support.

    Cons: Would have preferred to buy the software online. No free trial.

    Overall: Solved our problems with clients sending information in everywhere. Looking forward to using the business texting feature to stop clients from texting to personal phones.

    "Security is nice... functionality could improve"

    Pros: I love being able to tell clients that I have a military-grade security file sharing option. Support is great. UI is clean and views are dynamic.

    Cons: There were some quarks in the functionality. The email function is also a bit clunky.

    Overall: Support team is spectacular, and for a secure file sharing option for sensitive information like tax documents, bank information, credentials, this is a great option to have. I don't see a better option out there for this kind of thing. But I prefer other methods for communication. Using Liscio to replace email can be clunky in some ways, so I prefer slack for that, though slack isn't exactly the same level of security. For run-of-the-mill conversations, slack does the job for my firm though.
