	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The team was willing to go all the way to solve my problem, which wasn't even a Drawboard issue. It was a Windows issue! I have received outstanding support from the team at Drawboard PDF. Fast response to my query with documents provided as requested. Solution to original problem also offered. Drawboard PDF is a powerful tool for managing and editing PDF documents. It offers a wide range of features that make it easy to work with PDFs, including the ability to annotate, highlight, and add text to PDFs. One of the standout features of Draw PDF is its signature functionality, which allows users to sign documents digitally, saving time and effort compared to traditional paper-based signatures. The user-friendly interface of Draw PDF makes it easy for even beginners to work with PDFs, while its advanced features cater to the needs of professionals. Overall, Draw PDF is a versatile and reliable software that offers many useful features for anyone who works with PDF documents. App keeps getting better and better. So easy to use for my reviewing my PDF documents and measuring up my floorplans. Cons The timezone difference makes US support very long. DB really needs to consider having US based (or at least US timezone shifts) for faster resolution and support for their US customers. Not much, still learning to work with the software, but it has been a joy so far!! Having to find the invoice myself - would prefer this to be issued automatically While Drawboard PDF is a powerful tool for managing and editing PDFs, some users may find its advanced features overwhelming or difficult to navigate at first.
